TOWNSHIP 11, RANGE 11 — Maine State Police says a hunter who was reported missing Sunday night has died.
Officials say 27-year-old Mark Brazier of Mapleton was reported missing after he didn't return home from a bird hunting trip on Sunday. He had gone hunting alone on Saturday and stayed overnight in the woods.
Lt. John Cote told the Bangor Daily News that Brazier was found Monday night by a family friend at the Second Musquacook Lake in Township 11, Range 11, a remote area north of Baxter State Park.
Authorities say the death isn't suspicious.
