Pirates remain winless at home

St. John’s collects a 5-1 win at Lewiston.

LEWISTON—Carl Klingberg scored two goals and had an assist to lead the the St. John’s IceCaps to a 5-1 victory over the Portland Pirates Wednesday night at the Androscoggin Bank Colisee.

John Albert, Andrew Gordon and Jason Jaffray also scored goals for the Caps.

Brandon Yip scored his first goal of the season in the third period for the Pirates, 0-3-0-1 at home.
