Snapshot: Hall of Fame induction

The Portland Press Herald/Maine Sunday Telegram's "Snapshot" feature stars you, the public. The recurring photo spread shows scenes from gatherings around the state. It's a "Snapshot of life in Maine."

Art Dyer, a former basketball coach at Medomak Valley and Westbrook high schools, is joined by his wife, Elizabeth. Dyer had a record of 336-50 in 20 high school seasons.

Earle "Pete" Cooper poses with his wife, Lois. Cooper coached football for 28 years at Lawrence High and now assists his son, Kevin, at Bonny Eagle.
