4/30 at 1:35 a.m. Cindy Landry, 40, of Fox Court, Portland, was arrested by Officer Steve Townsend on a warrant.

4/30 at 10:15 a.m. Daniel Coyne, 47, of Route 1, York, was arrested by Detective Tom Brady and charged with theft by unauthorized taking/transfer.

Summonses

4/29 at 6:15 p.m. Ronald Kimball, Gray Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Dupuis on a charge of assault.

Hysteria on Wisteria

4/25 at 12:59 p.m.  Police received a call from a Wisteria Circle man who had found a homemade explosive device in his mailbox. Made from baking soda and foil in a soda bottle, the rudimentary explosive had melted through the bottom of the bottle and caused slight damage to the mailbox.

Nature lovers

4/28 at 1:29 p.m. A resident called police to report seeing two suspicious people camping and drinking off a trail at Maine Audubon on Gilsland Farm Road. The resident said he recognized one as being a sex offender. Police investigated but were unable to locate the two people.

Keep an eye on your friend

4/29 at 6:15 p.m. Officers responded to a call from a Kimball Way resident reporting an assault. Two 24-year-old men who knew each other were arguing and one of them, Ronald Kimball, 34, of Gray Road, allegedly threw a punch at the other, giving him a black eye. Kimball was issued a summons for the assault.
