PORTLAND — TD Banknorth held a celebration on Sept. 25 at its downtown Portland headquarters to mark the company’s official name change to “TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank.”

The bank will also be rolling out new customer-friendly features and launching a “Days of Convenience” campaign for customers, with GPS units and camcorders giveaways at each bank location.
