12/10 at 5:52 p.m. Lisa Ann Ritchie, 28, of Auburn, was arrested by Officer Paul E. Chenevert on a charge of unauthorized taking or transfer.

Summonses

12/4 at 8:44 a.m. Jeffrey J. Maist, 26, of South Freeport Road, was summonsed on a charge of assault.

12/6 at 1:38 a.m. Nathan A. Mack, 36, of South Portland, was summonsed on charges of failing to make oral or written accident report, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and producing evidence of insurance not in effect.

12/7 at 6:12 p.m. Sawyer J. Christie, of Norton Farm Road, and a 16-year-old Freeport boy were summonsed on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

12/6 at 12:54 p.m. A 17-year old Brunswick boy was summonsed on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Late night swim

12/5 at 2:34 a.m. Police received report of a problem with two guests in the pool area of the Harraseeket Inn. Police found one guest and the situation was discussed, but the other person was not found. There was damage to the property, and a report was taken.

Mid-afternoon relief

12/8 at 1:43 p.m. Police were notified of two males urinating in public on Indian Ridge Road near a construction site. Police found the two men at a different location, and warned them of their actions.

12/6 at 3:26 p.m. Lines down, Route 1 and Prout Road.

12/7 at 6:44 p.m. Alarm, Main Street.
