A 26-year-old Portland man faces charges of drug trafficking after he allegedly sold Oxycodone and morphine to an undercover officer, according to Westbrook police.
Officers arrested James Sulinski in the parking lot of Westbrook Crossing Shopping Center on Main Street at 10:20 p.m. Thursday.
The arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation by the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and Westbrook police and further arrests are anticipated, police said.
