BATH – Jeffrey D. Kobrock, city manager of Gardner for the past nine years, will begin his role as executive director of the Midcoast Council of Governments on Monday, March 22.
He previously served as executive director of the Gardiner Board of Trade and as Bucksport’s economic development director.
“I believe MCOG is poised to attain numerous important goals and I am thrilled to play a leadership role during this critical evolution,” Jeff Kobrock said.
Jeff Sneddon, long-time MCOG executive director, will continue to administer existing projects as director of programs and services.
MCOG has member municipalities in Sagadahoc, Lincoln and Cumberland counties.
