THOMAS F. BILL, 86, of Old Orchard Beach, died, Sept. 14, in Scarborough at the Maine Veterans Home. Visitation will be Monday, Sept. 20, 2010, 9-10:30 a.m., at the Old Orchard Beach Funeral Home, 36 Portland Ave., Old Orchard Beach, followed by a funeral Mass to be celebrated in St. Margaret’s Church, corner of Saco Avenue and Old Orchard Street, in Old Orchard Beach at 11 a.m. A reception, following the Mass, will be held at a location be announced at the church.
