10/22 at 10:56 a.m. Russell Jay, 50, of Cumberland Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on three charges of unlawful possession of schedule Z drugs.
Summonses
10/19 at 7:18 a.m. Michael Posey, 21, of Longmeadow Road, was issued a summons on Holmes Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.
10/21 at 3:44 p.m. Christopher Martin Jr., 20, of Acadia Drive, Windham, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operation of defective vehicle.
10/22 at 9:41 p.m. Brooke Miller, 18, of Oak Street, Auburn, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Steven Thibodeau on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.
10/23 at 7:54 a.m. Alexander Wakem, 18, of Maple Avenue, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of possession of marijuana.
10/23 at 6:54 p.m. Corey Lawrence, 22, of Estes Avenue, Palmyra, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of possession of marijuana, sale/use of drug paraphernalia and drinking in a motor vehicle.
Practical jokers
10/18 at 2:02 p.m. A woman called police to report several instances of alleged criminal mischief at her house on Kerryman Circle. Several nights before, someone reportedly rang her doorbell, then ran away. Then, on Oct. 18, she told police someone put rocks and grass into her mailbox and may have taken her mail. Police do not currently have any suspects.
Call Sherlock Holmes
10/21 at 7:07 p.m. A caller reported a 2004 blue Toyota Camry was stolen out of the owner’s driveway on Hidden Creek Drive. The caller told police both sets of keys were accounted for. Police located the vehicle on Oct. 24, undamaged and parked at the middle school. There was reportedly no evidence of breaking and entering. Wrappers and cups from a fast food restaurant were reportedly left in the vehicle. Police do not currently have any suspects.
Sneak-y thief
10/22 at 9:08 a.m. A high school student reported his black Nike high top sneakers valued at $110 were stolen from the boy’s locker room at the high school. The school resource officer is investigating the case.
