5/14 at 11:37 a.m. Shannon A. Gervais, 34, of Buxton, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Norris on Main Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Pet patrol

5/12 at 3:25 p.m. Police were notified of a dog in a parked vehicle off of Route 1. The caller was concerned that the dog was left in the car but police checked the situation and found everything to be fine.

Set break

5/15 at 10:08 a.m. A resident found a guitar and guitar case and brought it to the police department. Police will keep it until the owner is located.
