LEWISTON — Two men from the Maine city of Lewiston are facing charges after police received reports of gunfire in a downtown apartment building.
There were no injuries.
Thirty-four-year-old Eric Lundin was charged with reckless conduct with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Antonio Rembert, also 34, was charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
There’s no immediate word on the circumstances of the shooting or how many shots were fired.
The Sun Journal newspaper says Lundin was being held Wednesday on $700 cash bail. Rembert’s bail was set at $50,000.
