PORTLAND — Police have identified the couple found dead in an Oxford Street apartment as 30-year-old Miguel Angel Vega-Hernandez and 25-year-old Felicia Danielle Vega.

Police said foul play was not suspected in their deaths.

The autopsies were completed this morning, but toxicology tests are needed to determine the cause and manner of death, according to Mark Belserene, the administrator for the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

“But we can say there’s no indication of foul play,” Belserene said.

Results for toxicology tests generally take four to six weeks, he said.

The couple were discovered dead at 257-259 Oxford Street yesterday.

Lt. Gary Rogers said there were no signs of a shooting or forcible entry into the apartment.

Rogers said there was nothing to indicate that neighborhood residents should take extra precautions because of the incident.
