BRUNSWICK — Constance “Connie” “Grammy” Mathison, 64 of Larry Lane died Saturday, December 17, 2011 after a long illness. She was born in Brunswick, Maine on October 9, 1947 the daughter of Harvey and Simonne Coulombe.

She attended Brunswick High School. Worked for many years at Skofield House and Freeport Nursing and Rehabilitation as a Med. Tech.

She had an easy smile and an infectious laugh. She found the good in everyone. Her many loves included her family and crocheting. She loved sunshine, flowers and anyone who came in contact with her.

She will be deeply missed by those that loved her.

Surviving are her husband, Dennis Mathison of Brunswick, with whom she would have shared 45 loving years on December 23; her daughters; Sherri Mathison and her partner Carolee Tupper of Brunswick; Chrystal Cloutier and her husband Kevin of Brunswick, Carol O’Farrell and her husband Fred of Topsham; Denise Bowman and her husband Derrick also of Topsham. A very special sister, Jeannine Coulombe of Brunswick. Two brothers, Donald Coulombe and his wife Alice of Pownal; and David Coulombe of Brunswick. Her grandchildren, of which she believed the sun rose and set; Scott & Kristina Cloutier, Alanna & Shaun Makarewich, Tyler Lavoie, Lucas Lavoie, Calista O’Farrell, Adam O’Farrell, Logan Tupper, Kiley Tupper, Jessica Homan and Ashley Bowman. Also, her two most recent precious gifts, her great grandsons; Connor and Cameron. A special friend Loreen D’Autorio. And many nieces, nephews and cousins.
