THE MORSE HIGH SCHOOL cheering squad placed in the top six out of 17 Western Maine Class B teams in regional competition Saturday at the Augusta Civic Center. The Shipbuilders will compete in the state competition on Feb. 11 at the Augusta CC. According to head coach Jamie Lemont, this is the first time that Morse has ever qualified for states.
