DIANE GUTCHER was delighted to win this month’s Valentine Raffle at People Plus. The prize was $25 worth of chocolate, featuring treats from Wilbur’s of Maine. As luck would have it, Gutcher said, the winning draw was on her birthday, Feb. 17.
