BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Downtown Association’s first Eat • Brunswick Week will run from April 9 through April 15.

“Brunswick’s many wonderful restaurants and culinary businesses are true assets to the region and have helped to make our downtown a destination,” Stephanie Slocum, Brunswick Downtown Association (BDA) executive director, said in a release about the event. “We saw this as a great opportunity to highlight the dining diversity of Brunswick, create some fun, and garner increased traffic to our area.”

An Eat • Brunswick Week Guide is available at all participating locations and describes the event and the culinary business offerings. More than 17 culinary businesses in Brunswick will participate by offering special pricing from $5.12 to $30.12 on selections for breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as treats and snacks. Participating businesses will display the Eat • Brunswick Week spoon in their establishments.

No passes, tickets, or coupons are required. Diners should check directly with restaurants to determine if reservations are required or recommended for dinner service.

Each business that participates has contributed a gift certificate to a bonus drawing that will be held at the end of the event. To be included in the bonus drawing, diners must have their Eat • Brunswick Week Guide stamped or signed at one of the participating culinary businesses during the week. No purchase is necessary, and only one stamp or signature is needed to enter.

One entry will be included in the drawing for every stamp or signature received in the Guide, so those with more stamps will have an increased chance of winning a gift certificate.

Guides must be turned in by April 17 at any of the participating businesses or at the Brunswick Visitor Center.

To support Eat • Brunswick Week, other businesses will offer special deals and activities.

These special sales and activities are listed on the BDA website, www.brunswickdowntown.org, and will be announced on the BDA Facebook page.

Complete details, including menu offerings and a listing of participants, is available in the Eat • Brunswick Week Guide and on the BDA website.
