TOPSHAM — Coastal Enterprises, Inc., a nonprofit community development organization, with the support of Maine State Housing Authority, will offer the firsttime homebuyer seminar on Mondays and Wednesdays, April 23, 25, 30 and May 2, from 6 to 8:30 p.m., at Mt. Ararat High School in Topsham.

The purpose of the course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home.

Pre-registration is required and there is a $30/person or $50/couple (or co-buyer) nonrefundable charge for the four-session seminar. Registrations will not be accepted after April 16.
