TOPSHAM — On Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Servpro of Bath/Brunswick will be hosting a food drive/open house to benefit the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program.

According to a news release, Servpro employees are volunteering their time to be on-site to collect food items and provide educational materials on the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program.

Servpro of Bath/Brunswick is a fire/water damage restoration services company and has been providing assistance in the Mid-coast area for 15 years.

“We are excited to help raise awareness and help give back to those that are within the communities we serve,” said Barbara Rapoza, marketing manager at Servpro of Bath/Brunswick. “We encourage those that are also looking for a way to give back, to join us at our office by donating non-perishable items.”

The following businesses are also hosting collection boxes in partnership with Servpro of Bath/Brunswick through today: AAA, Brunswick; Bilodeau Insurance Agency, Brunswick; Carl M.P. Larrabee Agency, Wiscasset; Harold W. Bishop Agency, Boothbay Harbor; J. Edward Knight, Bath and Boothbay; Midcoast Insurance, Bath; Riley Insurance, Brunswick; and Roger’s Insurance, Lisbon.
