BATH — A 29-year-old Bath woman was charged with operating under the influence early Friday morning after driving into a house on the corner of Pearl Street.

A Honda CRV driven by Ashley Palmer, 29, of Willow Street struck a house on the corner of Willow and Pearl streets just before 2:30 a.m. Friday, damaging the brick foundation and siding, Bath Police Lt. Stan Cielinski said.

Palmer refused medical treatment by Bath rescue.
