CONCORD, N.H. — Presumptive presidential nominee Mitt Romney is returning to New Hampshire on Friday to start a six-state bus tour the campaign is calling “Every Town Counts.”

The five-day tour will begin in Stratham, where Romney made his candidacy official last year, and continue through Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa and Michigan.

Romney will be arguing that President Barack Obama has paid little attention to the everyday concerns of the American people and highlighting what he calls the “boundless optimism” that small-town families display despite their struggles with job losses and foreclosures.
