Seth Berry, D-Bowdoinham, and Kerri Prescott, R-Topsham recently posed for a picture with the Woodside One Wheelers, the circus arts team that will represent Maine in the 2012 National Independence Day Parade in Washington, D.C. The legislators gave the group U.S. and Maine flags flown in honor of the group to carry in the parade. The Woodside One Wheelers is a unicycle group made up of 80 students from Woodside Elementary School in Topsham. “We are extremely proud of you,” the lawmakers wrote in a letter to the group. “Your dedication and talent has become legendary and we are thrilled that you will be representing our state. We wish you the best of luck in this exciting opportunity and all future endeavors.”
