BRUNSWICK — Librarians Melissa Orth and Linda Oliver from Curtis Memorial Library will lead a program on how to use the Star Walk iPad app to identify constellations and celestial bodies on July 17 at Crystal Spring Farm, 277 Pleasant Hill Road.

“We’ll arrive around 8 p.m., but the sun is not scheduled to set until after 8:15 p.m., and it will not be fully dark until later,” a library release states. “You may want to bring a reclining lawn chair, bug spray and binoculars. If it rains or the sky is overcast, the Star Walk is canceled with no rain date.”

Participants also will be able to try out the library’s new telescope.

The free program is appropriate for all ages and is sponsored by Curtis Memorial Library, Cornerstones of Science and the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust.
