BATH — Bath Savings Trust Co. President Thomas Whelan recently announced that Kenneth Bray has joined the company as vice president, trust officer.

According to a news release, Bray brings more than 25 years of trust, investment and tax consulting experience to the company.

Bray will fill the position made vacant by the departure of Ged Messinger, senior vice president, who retired at the end of July.

A resident of North Yarmouth, Bray holds a degree in finance from Quinnipiac University and is a certified trust and financial adviser.

Whelan said, “We are fortunate that Ken was able to join our team of trust and investment professionals. His experience, knowledge and personal commitment to his clients fit in perfectly with Bath Savings Trust Co.
