PORTLAND — The Maine chapter of the United Nations Association of the USA will mark United Nations Day with a talk titled “The U.N. and the Responsibility to Protect,” 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the University of Southern Maine.

Panelists include Dr. Pauline H. Baker, president of The U.S. Fund for Peace, Ambassador Charles F. Dunbar, University of New England professor Ali Abdullatif Ahmida and USM student Dylan Hedtler-Gaudette.
