BRUNSWICK — The Southern MidCoast CareerCenter, the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber and Goodwill Workforce Solutions are hosting a career fair on Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 2 Columbus Drive, Brunswick.
Employers representing health care, banking, manufacturing, education, criminal justice, technology and other industries will be attending. Some of the employers recruiting at the fair include the event sponsor, IDEXX Laboratories, as well as Bath Iron Works, L.L. Bean, Bonney Staffing and USPS of Northern New England.
A veterans’ employment representative will be available to meet with veterans of any age interested in employment and training opportunities. In addition, the event will feature several other organizations that can assist job seekers, those considering self-employment or people interested in retraining or higher education.
