PORTLAND — Maine Youth Leadership recently announced that five individuals have been appointed to the organization’s board of directors.

They include:

Amey Leadley is a consultant with KMA Consulting, specializing in human resources, training and development. She is a graduate of Colby College with a B.A. in psychology and has a M. Ed from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Mary-Anne Rouse is a graduate of the University of New England and currently lives in Buxton.

Wendy Cunningham is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and worked with adolescents right out of college. Since that time, Cunningham has worked to establish a mediator program at Bowdoinham Community School. She lives in Bowdoinham and works at Unum.

Logan Greenblatt is an alumnus of Maine Youth Leadership and a current student at Bates College, studying both chemistry and studio art, with the hopes of attending medical school.

Nathan Elmore is an alum- nus of Maine Youth Leadership and a freshman at the University of New England. Majoring in medical biology/ pre-dental, with hopes of becoming a dentist, Elmore is a part-time employee at The Children’s Dentistry of Sanford.

Since 1980, Maine Youth Leadership has worked with Maine youth to seek out, recognize and develop their leadership skills.
