Cancellation and rescheduling announcements

Disney on Ice

Performances scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, and 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, have been canceled. All other performances of the Worlds of Fantasy at the Cumberland County Civic Center will proceed as scheduled. Ticket holders for the three canceled performances can exchange their tickets at the Civic Center Box Office, 1 Free St., Portland, for best available seating at one of the following performances: 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb, 8; 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9 (new performance added). Portland City Hall

Will close at noon.

Amtrak Downeaster Service

The first two runs on Saturday, both northbound and southbound, are cancelled. Amtrak has said it will determine the status of the rest of the day’s runs Saturday morning.
