RANDOLPH — William Charles Love Sr. died unexpectedly at his apartment in Randolph on Tuesday, January 29, 2013.

He was born in Diego Martin Trinidad, B.W.I., on January 3, 1953, the son of William R. Love Jr. of Peru, Indiana and Ivis Agatha Steuart of Oranjestad, Aruba.

During his youth William had Dual Citizenship of both Trinidad and the U.S.

Moving across the country with his parents and siblings, he lived in Key West, Florida; Quonset Point, Rhode Island; Chincoteague, Virginia; Norfolk, Virginia; Moffett Field, California; Lemoore, California, and finally a move to Bath, Maine, in 1967.

During the Vietnam War, he achieving a G.E.D. from Morse High School and joined the Navy where he served as an Aviation Boatswain Mate in Patrol Squadron 8 at NAS Brunswick, and made deployments to Puerto Rico and Bermuda.

After being discharged from the Naval Service, he worked at the Bath Iron Works before moving to the Augusta area, where he was under the medical care of the Veterans Administration at Togus.

William loved to hunt, trap and fish. He enjoyed raising ferrets. He also enjoyed reading science fiction.

William was married twice and had children from both marriages. He is survived by His children: William Charles Love Jr., and Richard Warren Love, Tracy, and Dixie Dawn and, his Step Daughters Mary Haley and Jo Ellen Haley, His brothers Roger, Richard, Robert, Byard, sisters Dorothy, Mary, Pam, and Nancy and father William R Love

Due to his request there will be no service.
