Sheila Mae Brown, 60, of Falling Waters, W.Va. and formerly of York, passed away, Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital in St. Frederick, Md. Services will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at noon at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd., Hagerstown, Md., with Major Raphael Jackson officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, April 24, 2013 from 11 a.m. to noon.
