Natalie Howe Perkins Conner, formerly of Bath, passed away on July 20, 2013, in Rye, NH. She had been a resident of Hampton, New Hampshire for 45 years.

Born in Bath, Maine, July 20, 1924, to Adeline Howe Perkins and Arthur L. Perkins, she attended Bath schools and in 1945 married Jack E. Conner from Fitzgerald, Georgia. They settled back in Bath in 1958 after Jack retired from the U.S. Navy.

Natalie worked at Sears & Roebuck in Bath in the service department before their move to Hampton in 1967. She then worked with her sister at Foye’s Gift Shop in Portsmouth. She retired in 1990 as an insurance clerk for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Portsmouth.

In her retirement years, she enjoyed traveling with the Prime Time Travel Club. She did crafts with the Senior Citizens and volunteered at the Tuck Museum in Hampton. She was a participant in many different organizations — Piscataqua Pioneers; National Society Daughters of Colonial Wars; Daughters of the American Revolution; National Society Colonial Dames XVII Century; Trinity Chapter OES, Hampton and a 50-year member of the Genesta Chapter OES in Bath.

Natalie was predeceased by her brother, Arthur L. Perkins, Jr., sister, Irene F. Farnham and husband, Jack E. Conner.

Survivors include sons — Jack and his wife, Andrea of Freeport, ME; John and his wife Judy of Dover, NH; and Mark of Hampton, NH. She is also survived by her granddaughters Amy, Ellen, Laurie, Janet, Alison, Emily and grandson, Robert and 5 great-grandsons and 2 great-granddaughters.
