TEXAS — A memorial service for Rev. William E. Baxter, retired pastor of American Baptist Churches in Maine, who passed away October 23, 2012, in Corpus Christi, Texas, will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 3, 2013, at the First Baptist Church of Nobleboro, 8 Back Meadow Road.
