LISBON — Joyce A. Tower, 66, of Arrowhead Drive, Lisbon died, peacefully in her sleep at her home, Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013.

She was born in Brunswick on May 7, 1947, a daughter of Raymond L. and Lily M. (Woodsum) Stevens. She was educated in local schools. Joyce married Aubrey Tower on April 7, 1978. She worked for Clover Manor as a CNA for many years. She also was a tractor trailer truck driver. She enjoyed going to fairs, she loved all animals, especially cats.

She is survived by her mother, Lily Stevens; her husband, Aubrey Tower; a daughter, Kathi Reed and her husband, Dave; a son, Richard McCue; brothers, Russell Stevens and wife Alice, and Robert Stevens and wife Vicki; grandchildren, Brandi, Jimmy and Devin; nieces and nephew, Jenny, Jessica and Ernie; and a good friend, Tom Skelton.

She was predeceased by her father, Raymond Stevens.

There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held today, Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 2 p.m. at West Bowdoin Cemetery.
