William R. Campbell, president of Cheverus High School, announced earlier this week that Lindsay Maielli of South Portland, has joined the staff of the school for the 2013-2014 academic year:
Maielli will join the faculty as a part-time French teacher. Maielli received her bachelor’s of arts in 2011 in French and Francophone studies with a minor in Pathways to Teaching from the University of Florida.
She comes to Cheverus from the Little Dolphin School in Westbrook where she served as Lead Pre-K Teacher. Previously, Maielli was the co-director of Kids Kingdom at the Casco Bay Church of Christ in Portland; teacher assistant at Queen of Peace Academy in Gainesville, Fla.; volunteer tutor and academic French coach at Buchholz High School in Gainesville; a nanny; and Kingdom Kids Worker at the Gainesville Christian Church.
