In preparation for the holiday season, the South Portland/Cape Elizabeth TRIAD November Community Forum presentation will be on scams. Chief Deputy William King from the York County Sheriff’s Office will speak from

2-3 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, at the Cape Elizabeth Town Council Chambers at the Town Hall Room, 320 Ocean House Road. King has been active in campaigning for more federal law enforcement resources to combat the Jamaican telemarketing scams.

All community members are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served. The South Portland/Cape Elizabeth TRIAD is made up of Cape Elizabeth and South Portland senior citizens, police, and community members who work together to address problems faced by older citizens.
