TENNESSEE AND SOUTH HARPSWELL — William A. “Bill” Given, 66, died on Dec. 18, 2013, at home with his family by his side.

He was born in Lewiston on Oct. 17, 1947, son of Marian and Russell Given.

He attended Edward Little in Auburn and graduated in 1966. He proudly served in the 1st Infantry in Vietnam, returning and became selfemployed as a mason. Bill loved being a grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Sandra, two daughters Jennifer Graham and Meredith Gausch, two stepsons Scott and Richard Ross, three sisters Carol Gilbert, Judith Holland and Donna Totten, four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

No services were held as a family gathering was held at his sister Donna’s home to say their final goodbyes. There will be a stone in his name at the Togus VA cemetery.
