Firefighters were called to a fire in a building on the grounds of the Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset early Thursday.
The fire broke out in a woodshop at about 6 a.m. and crews had it under control by 6:18 a.m., authorities said. Nobody was injured. The jail itself was not affected.
