Award winning journalist Kevin C. Mills will discuss his latest book, “Sea of Liberty,” the third in a series of historic, maritime novels that are loosely based on his own ancestory. Mills will talk about his years of researching family history to discover the likes of privateer Eligood Mills, who sailed aboard the vessel Grand Turk and was captured by the British. Copies of the books will be available for signing and sale.
