Author Liza Gardner Walsh will detail her forthcoming book, “Treasure Hunter’s Handbook,” due out in August, that explores a variety of treasure hunting activities. The book covers the ins and outs of geocaching, letterboxing, metal detecting, hunting for rocks and minerals and panning for gold, as well as the lure of buried treasure both from pirates and others. The session is open to all ages.
