Arrests

8/22 at 3:22 p.m. Daniel Lundin, 43, of North Raymond Road, Raymond, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/24 at 1 a.m. Matthew Haley, 34, of Oro Blanco Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado, was arrested on Lambert Street by Officer Dennis Ryder on charges of operating under the influence, exceeding the posted speed limit by 25 to 29 mph, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

8/26 at 11:50 p.m. Bryan Kennedy, 40, of Waterview Way, was arrested on Whitney Road by Officer Dean Mazziotti on a charge of violating a protection order.

8/28 at 3:09 p.m. Timothy Curran, 22, of Mullberry Ridge Road, Naples, was arrested on Falmouth Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on an outstanding warrant from another agency and charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.

8/13 at 9:41 a.m. David Jones, 58, of Blackstrap Road, was issued a summons on Christopher Lane by Officer Steven Townsend on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large.

8/15 at 2:00 p.m. Zalmer Nicholas, 40, of Highland Avenue, Auburn, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Steve Townsend on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

8/18 at 6:09 a.m. David Jones, 58, of Blackstrap Road, was issued a summons on Christopher Lane by Officer Dean Mazziotti on a charge of allowing a dog to be at large.

8/18 at 6:11 p.m. Ryan Villacci, 20, of Jackson Way, was issued a summons on Bucknam Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for over 150 days.

8/24 at 11:46 p.m. Joseph Babbidge, 19, of Lemont Avenue, South Portland, was issued a summons on Gray Road by Officer Robert Ryder on a charge of illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.

8/25 at 12:25 p.m. Rebekah Schlosser, 26, of Tuttle Road, Cumberland, was issued a summons on Winn Road by Officer Jeffrey Pardue on charges of operating an unregistered vehicle for over 150 days and operating with a suspended or revoked license.
