In regards to Bill Nemitz’s column (“We’re here, we’re recording, get used to it,” Sept. 19) on Jill Walker and Sabino Scattoloni being asked to get away from an arrest of a driver who had been pulled over:
What if the driver whose arrest they were filming had a gun or was violent? Police never know what they will encounter when they stop a vehicle and sometimes risk their lives. So let police do their job and not be worried about bystanders filming them with cellphones.
