Democrat Jim Boyle is the kind of leader whom Mainers can be proud of. He serves with integrity. He listens and takes the time to understand the issues facing his district.
Jim is a business owner who is respected in Augusta. He understands that our challenges will be solved by compromise, not by shouting. Jim knows that to move Maine forward, you bring people together and work out your differences.
He has also advocated strongly for public education. Jim understands that education is the key to opportunity in the 21st century.
His mother was a public school teacher, and he and his two children are all products of public schools and the University of Maine. He will always fight any attempt to siphon funds away from our local public schools.
I urge voters in Buxton, Gorham and Scarborough to vote for Sen. Jim Boyle on Nov. 4.
