I read with interest the Oct. 13 article “Governor candidates on the issues: Health care.”
Regarding the subtopic of the accountability of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services: The Democrat favors another layer of bureaucracy, the Republican supports reallocating limited resources, and the independent doesn’t agree with the Democrat and blames the Republican.
I have moved to the “undecided” column.
