KITTERY — Milo Belleau scored 25 points, including three 3-pointers, as Waynflete remained unbeaten by holding off Traip Academy 59-51 Tuesday night in a boys’ basketball game.

Yai Deng added 17 points for the Flyers (4-0).

Angelo Succi had 23 points for the Rangers (2-1).

POLAND 75, FALMOUTH 58: Alan Young had 14 of his game-high 27 points in the first half as the Knights (2-2) vaulted to a 42-29 halftime lead and pulled away from the Yachtsmen (2-1) at Poland.

John Fossett added 23 points for Poland.

Colin Coyne led Falmouth with 17 points.

SOUTH PORTLAND 55, THORNTON ACADEMY 46: Ruay Bol scored eight points in the fourth quarter as the Red Riots (4-0) pulled away from the Golden Trojans (0-3) at South Portland.

Bol and Jaren Muller each finished with 16 points for South Portland.

Corey Hart led the way for Thornton Academy with 16 points; Kevin Barrett added 14.

CHEVERUS 49, MASSABESIC 32: Jack Casale made eight 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 26 points to lead the Stags (3-1) past the Mustangs (0-3) at Portland.

Zordan Holman pulled down 13 rebounds for Cheverus, which led 15-8 at the end of the first quarter and pulled away in the second half.

Massabesic was led by Weseton Bergeron with eight points.

MORSE 62, MEDOMAK VALLEY 49: Ethan Winglass scored 25 points, including nine in the third quarter when the Shipbuilders (4-0) pulled past the visiting Panthers (3-1) at Bath.

WESTBROOK 70, BIDDEFORD 31: Blake Fillmore had three 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 18 points as the Blue Blazes (2-2) easily handled the Tigers (1-3) at Biddeford.

Alex Millett led Biddeford with 15 points.

SCARBOROUGH 47, NOBLE 29: Milani Hicks scored 25 points to lead the Red Storm (4-0) over the Knights (0-4) at North Berwick.

Scarborough raced to a 17-8 first-quarter lead and held Noble to a combined nine points in the second and third quarters to extend their lead to 19.

Brandon Davis led Noble with eight points.

GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 50, HIGHVIEW CHRISTIAN 16: Ethan Spaulding had 10 points to lead 11 players with at least a basket for the Lions (2-3) against the visiting Knights (0-2) at Saco.

YARMOUTH 57, GREELY 53: The Clippers (3-0) survived a furious third-quarter comeback and held on to defeat the Rangers (2-2) at Cumberland.

Yarmouth jumped to a 29-20 halftime lead. Greely outscored the Clippers 18-9 in the third quarter, including a basket from beyond midcourt at the buzzer by Matt McDevitt to tie the game at 38-38.

Adam LaBrie led the way for Yarmouth with 16 points and 13 rebounds, Cody Cook had 14 points and eight boards and Charles Cawley added 11 points.

Ryan Twitchell scored a game-high 24 points for Greely and McDevitt finished with 16 points.

HYDE 59, SACOPEE VALLEY 36: Greg Kidger and Antoine Montgomery scored 15 and 16 points to lead the Phoenix (2-0) past the Hawks (1-3) at Bath.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 59, YORK 52: Andreas Kariotas scored 16 points for the Patriots (2-1) as they pulled away from the Wildcats (1-3) in the fourth quarter at York.

The Patriots trailed by one going into the fourth quarter, but closed out the game on a 17-9 run to rally past the Wildcats.

York was led by Mark MacGlashing with nine points.

CONY 67, MT. ARARAT 64: The Rams (2-2) made 11 3-pointers and then held off a late charge by the Eagles (1-3) to win at Augusta.

Tyler Tardiff led the Rams with five 3-pointers and finished with 17 points.

Shy Ulrickson shot 15 for 15 from the free-throw line to score a game-high 30 points for Mt. Ararat.

HOCKEY

BRUNSWICK 6, LAKE REGION/FRYEBURG/OXFORD HILLS 2: Matt Deveaux and TJ Sullivan each had a pair of goals as the Dragons (3-0) topped the Lakers (0-2) at Brunswick.

Jared Parent and Nate Granholm also scored for Brunswick as it built a 6-0 lead early in the third period. Huxley Lovering and Peter Misener each answered with third-period goals for Lake Region/Fryeburg/Oxford Hills.

CHEVERUS 7, THORNTON ACADEMY 3: Alex Libby scored a pair of goals and James Hannigan collected one goal and two assists as the Stags (4-0) pulled away from the Trojans (1-3) at Portland.

Thornton fell behind 2-0 in the first period, but came back to tie when Nolan Millett and Owen Elliott scored goals two minutes apart. Elliott got the equalizer with 3:35 left in the period.

Cheverus regained the lead seconds later on a goal by Jesse Cyr-Brophy. Jesse Pierce and Libby also added goals late in the second period to help put the game out of reach.

Elliott finished with one goal and two assists for the Trojans.

WATERVILLE 6, CAMDEN HILLS 0: Dalton Henderson scored twice in the first period as the Purple Panthers (2-0) shut out the Windjammers (3-1) at Sukee Arena.
