SOUTH BERWICK — Jaren Muller scored 20 points and Jack Fiorini had 18 as South Portland beat Marshwood 68-65 in a boys’ basketball game Monday.

Matt Pelletier added 13 points and Jordin Jackson had 12 for South Portland (11-2).

Drew Bartlett led all scorers with 24 points, including five 3-pointers, for Marshwood (6-7).

FALMOUTH 55, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 39: Jack Simonds led all scorers with 25 points to give the Yachtsmen (10-3) a win over the Raiders (6-7) at Fryeburg.

Colin Coyne had 11 points and Matt Wulbrecht 10 for Falmouth.

Jonathan Burk scored 12 points and Ryan Gullikson had 11 for the Raiders.

CHEVERUS 61, BIDDEFORD 47: Jack Casale finished with a game-high 20 points to lead the Stags (7-6) to a win over the Tigers (1-12) at Portland.

Jesse Matthews and Zordan Holman chipped in 12 and 11 points, respectively for the Stags.

Austin Dutremble had 16 points to lead Biddeford. Patrick Pearl added 14 points.

GORHAM 73, THORNTON ACADEMY 64: Sam Kilborn had a big second half and finished with a game-high 20 points for the Rams (9-4) as they pulled ahead in the third quarter and held off the Trojans (4-8) at Gorham.

Billy Ruby added 14 points, Tyler Bernaiche scored 12 and Nick Thibeault chipped in 11 for the Rams.

Corey Hart scored 19 points and Kevin Barrett had 18 to lead the Trojans. Rome Pura chipped in 11 points for Thornton.

BOOTHBAY REGION 76, MT. ABRAM 38: John Hepburn scored 15 points to lead the Seahawks (12-1 ) past the Roadrunners (3-10) at Salem Township.

Julian Aponte added 11 points and Evan Hepburn scored 10 for Boothbay. Quinton Hanna scored a game-high 18 points to pace Mt. Abram.

FOREST HILLS 79, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 43: Tanner Daigle had a game-high 26 points as the Tigers (14-0) cruised to a win over the Lions (3-8) at South Portland.

Jeremiah Hammond had 13 points for Greater Portland Christian.

POLAND 60, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 54: Trevor Saunders scored 12 points and Adam Mocciola added 11 as the Knights (7-6) beat the Patriots at Poland.

Zach Lowe added nine points and 13 rebounds for Poland. Zackery Haskell scored 16 points and Tyler St. Pierre added 15 for Gray-New Gloucester.

SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 56, PINE TREE 42: Tim Yeaton scored 15 points and grabbed 17 rebounds as the Guardians (11-1) beat Pine Tree (4-7) at Eliot.

Isaac La Croix had 18 points for the Guardians.

Chris Wilday scored 17 points for the Breakers.

HOCKEY

CAPE ELIZABETH 2, YARMOUTH 0: Jack Drinan had a goal and an assist as the Capers (7-4) beat the Clippers (3-7) at Travis Roy Ice Arena in Yarmouth.

Ross LeBlond made 13 saves to record the shutout for the Capers. Yarmouth goalie Nick Allen finished with 32 saves.

WINDHAM 3, MARSHWOOD/TRAIP 2: Zack Callahan scored two goals as the Eagles (4-5-1) beat the Hawks (2-8) at Dover, New Hampshire.

Clayton Owens made 41 saves for Windham. Tyler Johnson also had a goal.

Marshwood/Traip got power-play goals from Donovan Robillard and Joe Cohn in a 54-second span.

GORHAM 11, LEAVITT 0: Carl Bear had four goals and one assist and Jordan Ward had one goal and four assists to lead the Rams (8-2-1) as they cruised past the Hornets (1-8) at USM.

Michael Chapin and Travis Mansir added two goals apiece, with Chapin also adding an assist for Gorham.
