WESTBROOK — Moses Abwoch scored 11 points to lead a balanced offense Thursday night as Westbrook downed Noble 47-30 in an SMAA schoolboy basketball game at Warren Gym.
Derrick Breunig and Bailey Ryan tossed in 10 points each for Westbrook (7-7).
Brandon Davis led Noble (2-12) with 12 points. Shane Cleveland added 10.
SACOPEE VALLEY 46, A.R. GOULD 39: The Hawks (4-8) used a 20-6 second-quarter run to open a 33-16 halftime lead, then held off the Bears (2-11) at South Portland.
Blake Trueworthy led Sacopee Valley with 20 points. Will Goforth and Dominic Locke each added eight. Keegan Gaouette scored 21 points for A.R. Gould. Gage Barton had 12.
PORTLAND 59, SANFORD 43: The Bulldogs (14-0) took a 33-18 halftime lead and cruised past the Spartans (3-9) at Sanford.
Stephen Alex scored 20 points and Liam Densmore tossed in 12 for Portland. Connor Yuill led Sanford with 12 points. Nick Love added 11.
