LOS ANGELES — Federal prosecutors say Paris Hilton’s brother Conrad has agreed to plead guilty to assaulting flight attendants on a trip from London last year.

The U.S. attorney’s office says Hilton signed the agreement Tuesday. The offense carries a maximum sentence of six months in jail, a year of probation and a $5,000 fine, but prosecutors agreed to ask for just probation.

The documents say Hilton was in a rage for most of the 10-hour flight because he was angry over breaking up with a girlfriend and wanted to smoke marijuana.
