Brig. Gen. Gerard F. Bolduc, acting Maine National Guard adjutant general, has been selected to attend the Capstone Military Leadership Program, which is held for five weeks starting in mid-July. The National Defense University conducts the Capstone course, which includes professional military education for newly promoted brigadier generals and rear admirals serving in the military.
The course is held at Fort Lesley J. McNair in Washington, D.C. Bolduc is the first general officer from the Maine Air Guard to attend.
