Firefighting crews from several York County communities were called to a fire late Monday night at a restaurant in York.
A police dispatcher said the fire was reported just after 11 p.m. at Rick’s All Seasons Restaurant, at 242 York St. There had been no reports of injuries.
An employee at a nearby Cumberland Farms convenience store said the fire started in the restaurant and spread to apartments in the red brick building that houses the business.
Firefighters from Kittery, Eliot and Ogunquit were providing assistance.
