I am very disappointed with the lack of television coverage of the recent high school basketball playoff games that preceded the state finals.

All I saw, for some reason, were Class D schools. The Maine Public Broadcasting Network should not have allowed this.

I have nothing against Class D schools at all, but I live in Brunswick. Our teams play in Class A because of a higher population, which is the only fair way.

The larger the town population, the more people watch television (simple). So schools in classes A, B and even possibly C should have been shown, and lastly Class D.

I like to follow the bigger schools, and I live in a densely populated area.

Television coverage was poor, and they should cover the bigger schools first and foremost.
